NBAA Workers' Comp Insurance Program Declares Second 20% Dividend NBAA Member Companies participating in the Association's popular Workers' Compensation Insurance Program will receive yet another 20-percent dividend in 2012, due to the outstanding loss ratio of the group, the Association reported. Participants in the program have received nearly $1 million dollars in dividends to date.
Outstanding Achievement & Leadership Award Recipient Named The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) will recognize Fred Barth, a past chairman and founding member of the NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers (S&D) Committee, with the Association's 2012 Schedulers & Dispatchers Outstanding Achievement & Leadership Award.
NBAA Announces New Certified Aviation Managers The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) announced 16 individuals who successfully passed the Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) exam during 2011. Through the certification process, NBAA and the CAM Governing Board seek to raise the level of professionalism and quality of management within flight departments.

The Hangar Ten aviation services complex, located at the Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport (MKC) in Kansas City, Mo, has received the coveted Keystone Recognition Award presented by the Clay County Economic Development Council for contributions to the local community in areas of job creation, expansion and capital improvements.
Completed in 2010, the 55,000-square-foot facility is a cultural and design departure from traditional airport service operations. Operating 24 hours, seven days a week, the facility has 20 highly skilled employees. It has been recognized for its sustainable environmental features and was voted the top rated aviation service complex in the North Central Region of the U.S.
The master-planned complex includes an expansive hangar and executive terminal with a fully equipped fitness center, overnight pilot quarters, conference/meeting facilities, customer and pilot’s lounges and an advanced flight planning area. Ashley Anderson is joining Million Air Interlink as their new Marketing Manager. Ashley comes from Million Air San Bernardino, where she served as Concierge and Event Planning Manager beginning in the summer of 2010. Prior to that she was an active duty Air Force officer and spent four years stationed at Beale Air Force Base in Northern California.
