Northwest capacity cuts to result in 2,500 job losses

Northwest Airlines said yesterday that its previously announced capacity cuts, which will include the removal of more than 40 aircraft from its fleet in 2008, will result in a reduction of 2,500 frontline and management employees. [MORE]
