What not to
wear
Last week, we asked whether schools should be more strict
about what teachers wear to work. Here is some of your feedback:

sign to the students that school was not important," one reader
says.

This week, a Kentucky court says that the superintendent of
the Newport district is in
violation of state residency laws because he lives in nearby Cincinnati,
Ohio. Do you think it's fair for states or local districts to have
residency requirements for any of their workers?
A. Yes. Residing in a district shows
support for the school system and enables workers to become part of the
community.
B. No. Districts that impose residency
requirements run the risk of losing valuable employees and potential
employees who want the freedom to live where they want.
C. Other.
