Bakers and decorators, along with industry students and educators,
will converge October 18-20 for the 2009 American Retail Bakery
Exposition at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, North
Carolina. The event will be sponsored by the Retail Bakers of America
(RBA) and will provide a combination of competitions, demonstrations,
business sessions, and trade show.
The 9th Annual Pillsbury Grand Champion Creative Decorating Competition,
sponsored by the Retail Bakers of America, will be held live on the show
floor. Following the success of the 1st Annual Cake & Bread
Extravaganza, where contestants enter completed cakes and breads in the
categories of wedding cakes, novelty/specialty cakes, tiered cakes and
decorative breads, the 2nd Cake & Bread Extravaganza will also be held
at the American Retail Bakery Exposition.
