In the ever advancing world of media content delivery, MPEG over IP
(MPEG/IP) has been gaining popularity for a number of reasons. MPEG/IP
delivery offers lower costs, higher bandwidth, greater efficiency, and
new application possibilities over the traditional methods, such as:
Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) and RF networks. Along with the
