An analysis of an alternative to incentive auctions presented at the National Press Club today by the Coalition for Free TV and Broadband finds the group's proposal will generate continuing revenue totaling more than $200 billion over time for the Treasury.

New agreement with Canada a must prior to incentive auctions, repacking authorization, says state broadcast association chief

The president of the Washington State Association of Broadcasters has sent a letter to Sen. Patty Murray (D-WA) saying that short of such an agreement as many as 14 full-power TV stations in the state could be forced to channel share or go dark.
