Shoppers Engage More, Spend More with Catalog Spree iPad App

The holidays were good to iPad catalog app Catalog Spree, which since its April 2011 launch has grown to 150 retail brands and 150,000 active users.

Part of that holiday gift was an on-air endorsement from Ellen DeGeneres that sent traffic skyrocketing. But CEO Joaquin Ruiz says the biggest benefit was to retailers, since Catalog App users tend to browse more and spend more than either Web shoppers or print catalog fans.
