Four New Lady Fitness clubs closed abruptly in November 2006. The company was sued by the Missouri Attorney General, accusing New Lady Fitness owners of accepting memberships after they knew the clubs were about to close. Members will get about 29 percent of what they were owed, according to the newspaper. *The Clallam County Family YMCA (http://www.ccfymca.org/) will take over operations of the public swimming pool in Port Angeles, WA, in June from the city's metropolitan park district.
