Bally May Be
Delisted From New York Stock Exchange
CHICAGO -- Bally filed a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
Form 8-K on Friday in which the company said its shares may be delisted
from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) if the company does not submit
an acceptable business plan that indicates how it will regain compliance

HFC Fourth
Quarter Increase Almost 20 Percent
MINNEAPOLIS -- Health Fitness Corp., Minneapolis, experienced a 19.3
percent increase in revenue for the fourth quarter 2006 and a 15.7
percent increase for all of 2006, according to the company, which
provides fitness and health management services. The company had revenue
for the fourth quarter of $17.1 million compared to $14.3 million for
the same period in 2005. Gross profit during the quarter increased 33.8
percent to $4.6 million from $3.4 million for the same period in 2005.

Outsource Fitness
WEST ORANGE, NJ, and WHIPPANY, NJ -- The JCC MetroWest branch in New
Jersey is outsourcing its health and fitness centers and membership
functions to the Manhattan-based fitness management company Plus One,
according to the New Jersey Jewish News. The outsourcing is
intended to make the JCC MetroWest's fitness centers more competitive
with commercial clubs and to improve their bottom line, the newspaper

Circuit Workout
Burns More Than 450 Calories
DENVER -- The circuit-training workout offered at Denver-based
fitness franchise 1-2-3 Fit burns more than 450 calories in 30 minutes,
according to a study released by The American Council on Exercise (ACE).
The study found that the 1-2-3 Fit circuit training workout was just as
effective -- if not more -- than other methods of exercise such as
playing sports, jogging or lifting weights for 30 minutes. Read the full
