This Week At Contracting Business
Interactive September 3, 2008 |
This is the second in a series of four articles written by Matt
Michel that discuss what we can learn from the accomplishments of one of
the greatest Olympic athletes of our time, Michael Phelps.
6. With a Team, You Accomplish More.As an individual, Phelps is a
great swimmer. Yet, he could not have surpassed Spitz’ record without
team efforts. Phelps knows it. He said, “Without the help of my
teammates this isn't possible. I was able to be a part of three relays
and we were able to put up a solid team effort and we came together as
one unit.”
