By Blaine Fox

Blaine Fox is a recognized expert on the residential mechanical service industry. He is currently working with some of the nation's leading HVAC contractors to improve their marketing. He will be contributing to the HVAC-Talk newsletter on a regular basis and will also be speaking at Comfortech this year. This is part one of a three part article on the importance of branding.
