Trevor Blackwell, CEO of Mountain View, Calif.-based AnyBots, is also building a line of mobile office robots. The machines, designed to serve as avatars for humans located across town or on the other side of the world, are operated via a Web browser through a Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G wireless connection and can freely roll around an office, production site, sales floor, convention center or lobby.
