Note From The Editor
Welcome to the January issue of Buyer's Express!
We are working hard to bring information about new products and
technology right to your inbox. Handy links are provided with each
product to take you right to each company's web site. Find even more new
product and technology news online at www.farmindustrynews.com.
Precision Meter
The combined components of the Precision Meter will
produce up to an additional 2,000 ears per acre - 14 bushels - without
an increase in your population. This is done by firming the seed to the
right depth, creating consistent seed to soil contact, and producing a
uniform emergence.
The Precision Meter is available for most planters and drills.

SeedCommand™
SeedCommand makes one of the most complex farming
operations simple! The AutoSwath™ for planters feature
automatically controls planter clutches eliminating costly overplanting
on end rows, point rows, terraces and waterways -- saving you time and
money. The system allows growers to map hybrid/variety locations and
record split-planter operations for better recordkeeping and decision
making. SeedCommand offers complete planter monitoring functions to
replace existing planter monitors. Variable rate planting is made
possible through a connection to Rawson controllers -- matching seed
population to yield potential.
