Two firefighters in Wisconsin were injured when a fire department water tender rolled while negotiating a curve on its way to a fire.

Rosenbauer Introduces New Aeiral Platform
Rosenbauer displayed its new Cobra 101-foot rear-mount aerial platform at FDIC. The unit features a three-section telescoping ladder for greater rigidity at all angles and extensions.


McCoy Miller Shows Side-Loading Ambulance
McCoy Miller showed the first unit of a new side-loading ambulance at FDIC. The body is specifically designed to position medical personnel in forward- or rearward-facing seats, rather than side-facing seats, for improved safety.

A 5-day class covering advanced electrical theory with emphasis on troubleshooting. It includes material on load management, transmission and engine interfaces, Jacobs engine brakes, Telma retarders, starting systems and pump interlocks. Prerequisites are either the E-ONE Electrical One class or the EVTCC F-4 certification.
