passenger-side of a Class 8 truck cab, housing all the exhaust
aftertreament components required to meet the 2010 emission standards

Evans
retrofits exhaust filters for Virginia port
The Evans Network of Companies is one of the first fleets included
in Virginia Port Authority's (VPA) "Green Operators" (GO) pilot program
aimed at truckers engaged in port drayage. The program arranges low-cost
financing to help fleets retrofit exhaust filters, Evans
said.

what’s surprising to me is how long it’s taking to get them into
widespread use in the trucking industry.
