Appeals court rules against California ports

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has sided with the American Trucking Assns. (ATA) in its lawsuit against the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, recommending that the District Court judge grant ATA an injunction against all or part of the ports’ Concession Plans.

Arrow awards Volvo VNL to "Back on the Road" winner

Truck driver and U.S. Air Force veteran Dennis Lott won Arrow Truck Sales’ second annual “Back on the Road” contest, receiving a 2006 Volvo VNL 670 powered by a D-12 465 hp engine from Volvo Trucks North America (VTNA), along with a one-year work agreement with truckload carrier Heartland Express.
