Relations Office of Bucks County, Pa., is responsible for a lot of
important documents and reports. What's more, some of those 16,000 open

Texas taps AT&T to develop emergency
evacuation and notification tool

system that employs radio-frequency identification (RFID) and wireless
technologies to help residents cope during future emergencies and
