Boeing protests Air Force tanker contract
award

Boeing has filed a grievance with the U.S. Government Accountability
Office (GAO) to protest what the company called a “seriously flawed”
process that led to the Defense Department’s selection of Northrop
Grumman and European Aeronautic Defence and Space Co. (EADS) for a $40
billion contract to replace Air Force aerial refueling tankers.
