A wide-windrow pickup attachment for John Deere’s 3975 pull-type
forage harvesters allows for faster drydown, according to its
manufacturer, RCI Engineering, Mayville, WI. The unit features an
effective pickup width of 9’6”, five-tine bar assembly with center
support, front gauge wheels to maximize pickup width and minimize
transport width, easily adjusted gauge wheels and a wind guard. It’s
only compatible with 3975 pull-types equipped with the long-tongue

Inland Tarp’s Hay Saver Tarp 
The Hay Saver hay tarp, from Inland Tarp & Cover, Inc., fits 4’- to
6’-diameter round bales and comes in a 52’ standard length,
accommodating eight to nine 6’ bales and 12-13 4’ bales lined in a
row stacked one or two bales high. The tarp also works on square bale
