The Macerator 6610 provides farmers with the equipment they need to
produce higher-quality hay in less time. Maceration decreases drying
time significantly by gently nicking the stem, resulting in more
palatable hay with better color and nutrition. Four attachments are
available: swath spreader, windrower, moldboard merger and tedder. The
Macerator has been tested on a wide variety of hays and grasses and has
proved to be even more positive than was first anticipated. Visit www.aglandindustries.com.Arctic Cat Diesel-Fueled ATV Arctic Cat's 700 Diesel ATV has unique fuel-saving
features and tremendous power. Its in-line 700-twin cylinder, SOHC
diesel engine provides 50% greater fuel mileage over similarly powered
conventional ATVs. The engine runs efficiently on six forms of diesel
fuel with a glow plug pre-heater assist for starting. The 700 Diesel,
retailed at $9,299, is so durable that the first scheduled engine
rebuild is suggested at 10,000 hours -- more than 100 years of riding
for the average ATV user. Visit www.arcticcat.com.DARF AccuRake The
all-new DARF AccuRake™ precision hay-raking system
enhances the proven DARF® wheel rake. The system provides
for precise depth control of rake tines regardless of terrain. Its main
benefits: cleaner, higher-quality hay and reduced tooth wear. The
exclusive, patent-pending design provides less stress and wear on other
components. Precise control of rake tooth height keeps clods and stones
out of windrows. The AccuRake system is available on all DARF overhead
style rakes. For more information, call 800-342-9222 or visit: www.nikkelironworks.com.Warren & Baerg Bale Retriever

A recent University of Minnesota dairy cow trial showed the benefit of
feeding Levucell SC Rumen Specific Yeast. Mean ruminal pH, average
maximum ruminal pH and average minimum ruminal pH were significantly
higher with Levucell SC supplementation than the study's control group.
Also, the amount of time cows spent under the subacute acidosis
threshold (pH < 5.6) was significantly lower with Levucell SC
supplementation. For trial details, e-mail lan_na@lallemand.com. Visit www.lallemand.com/ANAH/eng/LevucellSC.shtm
