One of the largest medical meetings in the country has
selected Las Vegas as the site of its 2012 annual conference, with
officials citing the economy as a critical factor in the decision. While
it may have beat out Chicago for this one, the Windy City is crowing
about a big score of its own: a 10-year contract for the American
Society of Clinical Oncology's 30,000-attendee annual meeting.
