Meeting Sourcing and Management Software to Launch Pro Version

By Sue Hatch

By the end of the month, Meeting Evolution plans to launch the Professional version of its request-for-proposal and meeting-management software.

The 10-month-old Overland Park, Kan.–based company released the standard version of its product, also called Meeting Evolution, in February, but the roots of the software go back more than seven years, when it was developed as the in-house software for Meeting Sites Resources, an Irvine, Calif.–based site selection and meeting planning company. The Art of the Survey

By Ken Molay, The Webinar Blog, and owner, Webinar Success

I am a great proponent of using a survey or feedback form at the end of a public webinar. It not only gives you valuable feedback, but it continues a dialog with your participants, demonstrating that the end of the session is not the end of your interest in communicating with them.

But depending on how you deliver the questions, you can expect response rates to vary widely. Here’s my ranking, from best to worst, of the five most common feedback-request methods.

On another topic, if you offer replays of your live webinars and need some advice on the considerations around having live and on-demand participants, I’ll be discussing this on a free webinar next Thursday, August 19.
