On a personal level, I've come away from this job with a great deal of respect and admiration for the dedicated professionals who are in the trenches doing such fine work day in and day out in companies big and small. It's truly exciting to be part of this business at a time when the creative landscape is expanding in so many different directions encompassing all sorts of technological innovations and changes in product delivery systems. The bold artisans and entrepreneurs who make up this field are meeting every challenge head-on and transforming the industry before our very eyes (and ears).
