by Recording Architecture, the studio contains a generous stock of

released Cubase LE Demystified, a tutorial DVD offering two hours
of step-by-step instruction on using Steinberg's Cubase LE recording and

1955 Glenn
Gould Recording Restored
Yamaha and Zenph Studios teamed to create a performance and broadcast
taping of Canadian pianist Glenn Gould's legendary 1955 rendition of
Bach's Goldberg Variations. The taping took place on September 25
at the Canadian Broadcasting Company's Glenn Gould Studio and was
engineered for the Sony BMG Masterworks label, the first commercial CD
recording using Zenph Studios' software technology. MORE
APM Music Updates 'Monday Night Football' Theme Music In
late 2005, ESPN approached APM Music, a joint venture of EMI Music
Publishing and BMG Music Publishing (a division of Bertelsmann AG),
about creating a series of updates to the theme song for ESPN's
Monday Night Football. The theme, titled "Heavy Action," was
originally composed by Johnny Pearson and selected by ABC in 1971 for
its Monday Night Football broadcast. In 1987, APM and ABC asked
Edd Kalehoff to arrange an entirely new and updated recording of the

Mic Counting Crows has hinted at recording a new studio album,
and recently, the band has been using a Mojave Audio MA-200 condenser

Producer Gareth Jones Uses G-Force Software with
Erasure Over the past 30 years, producer Gareth Jones has worked
on albums by Depeche Mode, John Foxx, Nick Cave, Garbage, Nitzer Ebb,
Vince Clarke, Fad Gadget and Wire. Currently, Jones is working with
Erasure on their new release and making extensive use of G-Force

post-production facility in Hollywood, recently completed work on seven

George Walker Petit Produces, Engineers Recent Jazz
Releases Producer/engineer/musician George Walker Petit recently
completed a mix at The Cutting Room in New York City for the
experimental jazz trio ok|ok, comprising Kyoko Kitamura, Khabu Young and
Mike McGinnis. Their CD is currently in the mastering stage. Petit also
worked on saxophonist Paul Carlon's recent release, Other
Tongues, which is available from Carlon's Website at
