Office Depot Consolidating Supply Chain

Update on New Product Requirements for Children’s Products

If you sell kid's products, there's been an update to the general conformity certificates required of manufacturers and importers. The Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a final rule clarifying how the certificates are to be issued, and by whom. What's more, parts of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 that became effective this month. For details, click here.
