List conglomerate InfoGroup has merged list firms Direct
Media and Millard Group into a single entity called Direct Media
Millard, effective July 1. Though the companies have merged, InfoGroup
head Ed Mallin said personnel has not been purged.

Sports equipment merchant Sport Supply Group announced
June 30 it acquired certain assets from Evansville, IN-based Gus Doerner
Sports. Terms were not disclosed, but Sport Supply Group acquired the
rights to Doerner’s Team Sports Division in southern
Indiana.
