Two-Component Epoxy Features Boiling Water and Chemical
Resistance
Master Bond EP38 is a two-component epoxy adhesive, sealant, and coating
with a fast cure speed at room temperatures. Coatings as thin as 6 mils
become tack free in only 3 hours. It bonds well to similar and
dissimilar surfaces and cures rigid. EP38 has outstanding resistance to
boiling water and many aggressive chemicals. It offers superior
electrical insulation properties and is optically clear. EP38 can be

New Flexible Rapid Curing Epoxy System
Master Bond EP51FL is a two-part epoxy adhesive, sealant, and coating
with a setup time of only 30-40 minutes. It has an elongation of 75%
and a peel strength of 25 pli. EP51FL has a convenient 1 to 1 mix ratio
by weight or volume. Bonds have excellent resistance to thermal and
mechanical shock. EP51FL is easy to apply and is available for use in
convenient applicators. Serviceable at cryogenic temperatures down to

Toughened Epoxy Adhesive/Sealant Resists High
Temperatures
A unique two-component room-temperature curing epoxy adhesive called
Master Bond Supreme 30 resists up to 425°F It is 100% reactive and
contains no solvents. Supreme 30 has superior impact, thermal shock and
stress fatigue cracking resistance. It offers excellent adhesion to
metals, glass, ceramics, woods, vulcanized rubbers, and most plastics.
It also has exceptional dimensional stability and low shrinkage upon

Future of the US
Workforce
Overall skill levels in the US workforce have stagnated in the
last 30 years. Measured by educational attainment, new cohorts of
workforce entrants aged 25-29 and 30-34 do not possess higher skills
than soon-to retire baby boomers aged 55-59. This indicates that the
qualitative, compositional improvement of the skill level in the US
labor force associated with the retirement of workers less skilled than
those entering will stop for the first time in US history. Retiring baby
boomers will take as many skills with them into retirement as their
