TARPON SPRINGS, FL: A-B-C's Model 70 partition inserter
automatically opens and inserts lightweight chipboard or corrugated
partitions into RSC, HSC, and Tablock cases at speeds to 35 cases per
minute utilizing efficient servo technology that ensures positive, high
speed reliability. The compact design is built for simplicity of
operation. The machine operates in a two-step sequence- indexing and
opening the partition in one stroke, then inserting it through guide
funnels into the case in the second stroke- while maintaining positive
control of both the case and partition through all stages for optimum
productivity. PLC control provides precise timing and efficient
operation. A-B-C's partition inserter offers several exclusive features
to ensure reliable performance: a case indexer feeds cases independently
to prevent misalignment from back-pressure; a mechanical case
positioning device ensures precise case location below the partition
guide funnels; active funnels guide the partition into the case. The
versatile Model 70 is fully adjustable to run full height and shoulder
height partitions with 6, 12, 24, or 48 cells. Settings for machine set
up and changeover are quickly accessed through the touch screen control

for successful part traceability. DataMan 100V verifiers check the
quality of Data MatrixTM codes to ensure only well marked parts enter
the manufacturing and supply chains. A growing number of companies
across the automotive, aerospace, packaging, electronics, healthcare and
defense industries need verification to comply with contracts that
require marks meet a certain level of quality. Others use verification
for process control at the marking station to ensure the highest
