TOWACO, NJ: The KBS-GS small format blister packaging machine is
designed to handle the rapid pace and fast changeover demands for
moderate production needs. It's ideal for package development, startup
volumes and small batch production facilities. The KBS-GS blister
packaging machine supports a maximum forming and sealing format of 250mm
wide by 150mm in the index direction and operates at a rate of up to 15
cycles per minute. The smaller format range permits the use of light
weight, lower cost, quick-change tooling with a decreased footprint.
Tool changes are facilitated by pneumatic clamping systems at the form
and seal stations permitting fast, easy changeover procedures. The servo
