EFFICIENT
COOLING with COMPACT CABINET COOLERS
Noren Products manufactures air-to-air and air-to-water heat exchangers
for cooling electrical panels without letting contaminants inside
(including wash down, and hazardous locations). COMPACT CABINET COOLERS
prevent failures/downtime caused by overheating electronics. Noren
units are easy to install, low maintenance, Freon free and cost a
fraction of air-conditioning. Nema 12, 4, 4x, Stainless Steel, UL,
CUL, CE available.

ERP Plus in Process Industries:
Pushing Beyond Traditional Boundaries
Manufacturers in process related industries such as chemicals, food
and beverage, and pharmaceuticals, require special features in
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and the complementary applications,
which extend core ERP functionality. This report is a roadmap for
process manufacturers seeking growth while effectively controlling costs
and meeting the rigid regulations and compliance requirements imposed on
these industries.

WirelessHART, First Wireless
Communication Standard for Process Industries, Submitted to IEC for
Adoption
The WirelessHART™ Communication specification (HART 7.1) has
been submitted to the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC)
for approval as a Publicly Available Specification (PAS). Released by
the HART® Communication Foundation (HCF) in September 2007,
WirelessHART is the first open and interoperable wireless communication
standard designed to address the critical needs of the process industry
for reliable, robust and secure wireless communication in the real world
field environment of industrial plant applications.

Float Level Switch For Polluted and Other
Media
HUDSON, MA: Ideally suited for potable water, polluted media, and
other fluids, FS00Z Float Level Switches consist of a polypropylene
housing with an integrated watertight and position dependent
electromechanical micro switch. The unit works according to the lift
principle. The hollow float is raised (lowered) by the rising (falling)
liquid until it reaches an angle of 45° from horizontal when
switching takes place. The mercury free float switch can be mounted to
the tank/container via a through hole such as a 1/2" cable gland from
the tank top. The switch point is defined by manipulating placement of a
supplied ballast weight on the connecting cable or by inserting cable
through a tube of desired length. The FS00Z Level Switch is suitable for
level monitoring of compatible liquids and, due to the high contact
rating of 10 (8) Amps, 250V, for direct pump control. --- PKP Process

Flow Transmitters
HUDSON, MA: CSLFB Ultrasonic Flow Transmitters are ideal for
measuring flow rates of acoustically conductive liquids, including most
clean liquids and many liquids with entrained solids. Model CSLFB
Ultrasonic Flow Transmitters are designed for full-scale flow ranges
from 15 to 400 GPM in 3/4" to 3" pipe. They are a rugged cast brass
design and have an accuracy of ±0.75% F.S. At the heart of the
Clark Ultrasonic Flow Transmitter is a proprietary mixed signal ASIC,
(Application Specific IC,) which allows sophisticated timing, control
and transducer drive circuitry to be combined on a single integrated
circuit. The ASIC uses a special algorithm that is an improvement upon
the standard single-path measurement technique. ClarkSonic transmitters
utilize the "sing around" method, where the ultrasonic transducer
alternates between transmitting and receiving to measure differences in
flight time between upstream and downstream transmissions. ---

Series 53 Axial Piston Pump
WOOSTER, OH: The new Rexroth Series 53 A10VO medium-duty axial
piston variable pump (250/315 bar) combines innovative functionality
using electro-proportional controllers with robust control electronics.
The new series 53, with its extremely favorable power/weight ratio, is
used as a pump for working hydraulics in open circuits. In an
electrohydraulic system, the swivel angle can be adjusted and the
differential pressure can be controlled electroproportionally. For the
first time a pump of this power category can also be used for
hydraulic-mechanical power control. The power controller prevents
overloading the combustion engine. This frees up the operator from the
task of power control to concentrate on the actual operating functions
of the machine. --- Bosch Rexroth Corp.
