Rejuvenator Connect
Wearwell recently announced the expansion of

THE COFFING JLC-V ELECTRIC HOIST REDEFINES LIFTING
COFFING JLC-V MODELS features a Variable
Frequency Drive. The VFD allows for unsurpassed load-spotting and
inching capability offering speed flexibility that standard 2-speed
motors just cannot offer. The soft starting and stopping of the unit is
perfect for delicate applications reducing daily wear and tear on the
hoist.
The JLC-V Models are rated for loads from 1/8 to 2 Tons, and are capable

***Baby Boomer Retirement Wave Hits
Business Owners***
"The coming baby boomer retirement wave will significantly impact
business owners," says David Kauppi, MBA, CBI, managing director of
Midmarket Capital. "As a large cohort of business owners aged 55+ retire
in the next five to 10 years, we will experience a 'rush to the exits.'
According to the Federal Reserve, the nation will see a doubling in the
number of businesses that will hit the market looking for a buyer by
2009. In 2001, 50,000 businesses changed hands. That number rose to
350,000 in 2005 and is projected to increase to 750,000 by 2009. Since
the cohort of sellers (baby boomers) will almost certainly outnumber
buyers (younger entrepreneurs), the laws of supply and demand point to
an erosion in valuations for business sellers. So far, the trend looks
to be gradual. However, as we have seen recently in the prices of
certain stocks and debt obligations, a 'rush to the exits' can
precipitate a sudden, calamitous drop in prices. Another warning signal
for business owners is the current debate over abolishing the
alternative minimum tax (AMT). Leaders of both parties have put forward
proposals to change the current AMT and other taxes. Many tax reform
proposals would directly or indirectly raise taxes for those who sell
their businesses."
