The Flo-Check USB represents the next generation of
hydraulic test equipment. This technologically advanced device
simultaneously measures flow, pressure, temperature and power within a
hydraulic system. Data is displayed and logged through a custom
Windows®-based software application; data is received from the
Analyzer through a standard USB cable (both software and cable are

***CX1030 High End Embedded PC***

BURNSVILLE, MN: In order to provide automation and control
applications with the most powerful PC-based controllers possible,
Beckhoff Automation has announced the new CX1030 Embedded PC. The DIN
rail mounted CX1030 is equipped with a 1.8 GHz Intel(R) Pentium(R) M
processor and is currently the most powerful device in the Beckhoff
Embedded PC family. The CX1030 CPU is cooled by a passive cooling module
and an easily exchangeable fan cartridge located on the underside of the
housing. In addition to the CPU and the chipset, the CX1030 module
contains 256 MB DDR RAM (standard), which is expandable to 512 MB or 1
GB. Operating without the use of a hard drive, Beckhoff Embedded PCs
boot from Compact Flash. The Compact Flash cards are available in 64 MB

provides a 4-20 mA process output, 2 SPDT relays with adjustable
deadbands, and a large, bright backlit LCD display. The DH3 offers
simplified programming via a menu key that enables the user to select:
security level; set point or set point and alarm operation; auto or
manual alarm reset; English or Metric engineering units; pressure,
velocity or flow operation, K-factor for use with various Pitot tubes
and flow sensors, circular or rectangular duct size for volumetric flow

***Slim Fiber-Optic Sensor E3X-DAC Delivers
True Color Detection of Marks and Workpieces***
SCHAUMBURG, IL: White LED fiber-optic sensor detectS true colors in
marks and workpieces. Measurements are independent of the light
intensity and any sensing distance variations caused by vibration. The
slim, 10mm wide amplifier unit processes color detection through a
technologically advanced RGB light-receiving element. The use of a
single White LED and one-package light-receiving element unifies the
amplifier in both size and operation, thus lowering cost compared to
conventional three-LED amplifiers. One-touch teaching simplifies setup
in registering colors and smart functions optimize positioning of target
objects for detection. A wide range of Omron E32-Series sensing heads
can be combined with the amplifier to match application requirements.
Amplifiers capable of detecting two different colors simultaneously
provide agility for flexible manufacturing. The E3X-DAC measures changes
in the three parameters (RGB) and processes them as a ratio, so they are
not affected by light-intensity variations due to workpiece movement.
