Systems
Gates has created the world's most powerful synchronous belt drive
system. Matching the power density of conventional roller chain drives
and many gear drive systems, the Poly Chain GT Carbon belt drive systems
use premium grade carbon fibers in belts for a patented dynamic
application. The belts offer exceptionally high power transmission
capacity, strength, flexibility and durability.
The systems pack a lot of power into a small space, matching the
capacity of roller chain drives width-for-width in most pitch sizes and
outperforming roller chain in even the most demanding high-torque
applications.
Carbon belts are the key to a clean system. During washdown, the system
resists moisture, pollutants, and abrasion. It also experiences reduced
downtime and is virtually maintenance-free.

AMERICAN LIFT TILTLIFT SERIES MAKES SMALL PARTS STACKING EASIER
AND MORE PRODUCTIVE
The handy American Lift TiltLift Series makes the handling and stacking
of small parts easier on your workers and your production line. This
series of tilting lifts reduces worker fatigue which increases job
productivity and output. There is a standard 12 inch lip at lower edge
to retain load. The platform comes in either standard or space saver
versions and the varied versions can tilt loads ranging from 2000 to
6000 pounds.
Tilting up to 45 degrees, the TiltLift series features a tilt up time of
35 seconds with a lowering time of only 10 seconds with a lowered height
of 8 or less inches.
1/2 hp and 1 hp motors are available. Standard pump motor is 115
Volt/60 Hz/1 phase. Other voltages available, consult factory.

Create a Better Place to Work

Employee morale is one of the most important contributing components
to productivity. When it comes to getting the most out of the people on
the frontline, action among leadership equals results among employees.
It's common for management to talk about a need for good leadership, but
far too seldom does management move from inspiration to execution.
Management experts Bill Catlette and Richard Hadden say there are six
leadership techniques you can implement to create results and positive
morale among their employees. Tips include: conduct a morale survey;
analyze hiring performance; evaluate training feedback; show employees
the fruits of their labor; and investigate effectiveness of internal
communications.
