1. Succession Planning
Succession planning is the process of identifying and preparing
suitable employees through mentoring, training and job rotation to
replace employees who are aging out. A company must assess their current
situation to plan the workforce of the future, including developing a
plan to address succession of current workers as they leave the
workforce due to retirement, attrition and other factors. This typically
is another form of risk assessment that we are so familiar with in other
areas such as ergonomics, safety, medical, disaster planning, etc.

FasMate® -- Lever Connection for Female
Threads
FasTest FasMate connector series provides safe, leak tight
sealing with a flick of the wrist in both static and dynamic pressure
cycling applications. The lever activated connector eliminates
wrenches, sealant and thread damage while developing a leak tight seal
in vacuum applications and pressures up to 5000 psi. FasMate is
ergonomically efficient eliminating twisting and turning by hand or
wrench, which can contribute to carpal tunnel syndrome. The pressure
assisted sealing feature provides added safety as accidental
de-activation of the lever will not allow disconnect from the mating
female thread, causing a projectile condition. www.fastestinc.com

physical well-being of all who enter. Company co-workers or, if work is
done from a home office, family members and pets, unknowingly can be in
harm’s way. While some threats are fairly obvious, others can lurk in
the most unexpected places.
