From Toshiba America Electronic Components, the TB7004FL multi-chip module (MCM) contains the gate drivers and MOSFETs required to build a 35-A, 30-V synchronous buck converter.

LDO Controller Boasts Low Dropout at 7 A
Vishay Intertechnology's SiP21301 LDO controller uses an external n-channel MOSFET to limit dropout voltage to less than 50 mV at currents up to 7 A, while achieving 80% efficiency. The controller offers an adjustable output voltage, as well as fixed 1.2-V and 1.5-V output options.
