Buck Regulator Delivers 2.5 A from 4 mm x 4-mm QFN
Linear Technology's LTC3602 is a 3-MHz synchronous buck regulator that uses constant-frequency, current-mode control to deliver up to 2.5 A continuous at voltages as low as 0.6 V from a 4-mm x 4-mm QFN or TSSOP-16.

12-A POLs are DOSA-Compliant
From Lineage Power, the 5/12Vin MicroTLynx dc-dc, point-of-load converters (POLs) are open-frame modules designed per the latest DOSA standard footprint specification.

200mA LDO Features 1-mm2 Footprint
