Earth-Moving
Loader backhoe
With an exclusive ESL backhoe design and digging power, the Allmand TLB-535 heavy-duty compact
tractor loader backhoe is designed to meet the needs of general
construction, landscaping, utility and any other small to mid-size
earthmoving applications. With a 6,000-pound digging force, the
TLB-535's industrial class backhoe reaches up to a 10-foot digging
depth. Dual cylinder, 180-degree hydraulic-cushioned swing allows
precise work in tight areas, while joystick controls provide simple,
smooth operation.

Compact excavator
Gehl adds the 3-ton model 383Z
zero-tail-swing compact excavator to its product line. It is designed to
operate close to walls and obstructions without risk of contact. The
size of the operator's compartment is maximized by mounting the 29-hp
Yanmar diesel engine on the side of the machine, and the hydraulic and
fuel tanks on the rear of the machine, which provides the operator with
more space and legroom. In order to maximize serviceability, the cab
tilts to the side for quick access to service points for hydraulics,
rotary transmission, control block and the air-conditioning unit.

Skid-steer loader
Mustang has added a new
feature to its 2109 skid steer: a 99-hp Cummins diesel engine. The Tier
2 emissions-certified, turbo-charged engine offers 305 foot-pounds of
torque, nearly 5 percent more than the previous engine. The Cummins
B4.5T direct-injected engine offers easier access to important
maintenance points, including the dipstick, oil fill and air cleaner.
The conventional liquid-cooled design requires oil/filter changes at
500-hour intervals after the initial 50-hour service. A grid-heater glow
system provides easy preheat capabilities, helping operators in cold
environments get to work quickly, even on the coldest of days.

Lifting
Mobile crane
The new Grove RT535E
rough-terrain mobile crane will feature a four-section, 102-foot,
full-power boom. A 26- to 45-foot offsettable swingaway extension is
available giving the RT535E maximum possible tip height of 154 feet. The
crane's rectangular boom features high-strength steel, which offers
weight savings and improved lifting capacity. The new cab design
features a more modern appearance and an improved, streamlined dashboard
control panel. The RT535E also features a work area definition system,
which allows the operator to pre-set safe working areas.

For Contractors
Generators
Lower sound emissions, improved motor starting, a more durable
design and flexibility are the foundation to Wacker's
new mobile generator line. The four new models range from 19.5 kW to 67
kW (24.4 kVA to 84 kVA). The generators feature reduced sound levels and
new materials are incorporated to eliminate rust spots. Options are
available to allow generators to be customer designed to the
application. A simplified layout of control panel makes it easy for a
variety of users from different industries to understand and operate the
generator.

Roller level attachment
The new John Deere Worksite
Pro RL66 and RL84 roller levels are designed to make grading, leveling
and contouring with detail control easier for skid-steer operators.
Unlike a power rake, these roller levels do not disturb the sub soil,
which is key to leaving the sub soil compacted for asphalt and concrete
jobs. These attachments are a patented box blade with roller level that
can do landscape and site preparatory work without hydraulics. Uptime is
maximized because the roller level is a simple mechanical attachment
with no hydraulic motors.

Recyclers
Bandit Beast Recyclers
feature the new Extender Teeth (XT) line of Beast teeth to help push a
higher volume of material through the machine with maximized efficiency.
The XT teeth are now standard in the company's new Beast units, but
owners can also purchase the teeth for their current machines.
"XT teeth and XT fan teeth make the Beast more productive in that they
push more material through the screen faster and the teeth last longer,"
says Travis Lint, East Coast large equipment sales representative for
Bandit Industries. "The XT teeth are an improvement over the previous
teeth as the process of attaching the carbide to the forged tooth has
improved, resulting in longer tooth life."

Vibratory platform
MBW's universal vibratory platform
is designed to raise productivity in trench compaction. The boom-mounted
vibratory platform can be fitted with an assortment of vibratory wheels
or vibratory plates, depending on soil type and work area constraints.
The universal vibratory platform also brings versatility to trench
compaction. Because vibration and down pressure are variably coupled,
the full range of soil types are handled, and plates and wheels can be
quickly interchanged on site.

For Homeowners/Light Contractors
Mower
The Jacobsen G-Plex
III riding mower offers improvements that include a simplified
electrical system, consisting of a new dash panel, electronic
controller, higher quality switches and automatic glow plug timer; a new
air purge filter on the fuel line that prevents engine hesitation on
slopes and sharp turns; a wider, taller fuel tank neck and larger cap
for easier filling and fewer spills; and improved pull-handled design on
the swing-out center arm that reduces effort when moving the center reel
in and out.
