Hydraulic breaker
attachment
The HB 2500 hydraulic breaker attachment from Atlas Copco Construction Tools
features Krupp percussion technology and a service weight of 5,512
pounds, making it suitable for demolition, tunneling, trenching,
foundation work, rock mining and secondary breaking. Designed for
carriers in the 29 to 43 metric ton weight class, the HB 2500 accepts
maximum hydraulic flow of 58 gpm at 2,610 psi of pressure, and delivers
an impact rate of up to 550 blows per minute. To reduce excess vibration
and noise, the HB 2500 comes equipped with the VibroSilenced damping
system.

Auger
Tanaka America introduces
the TEA-500 two-man auger, which features a 50cc, 2.5-hp Tanaka
two-stroke engine; 33:1 gear reduction ratio; fold-up handles for easy
storage; and a duel-safety throttle system. The auger's 1-inch diameter
round output shell can accept up to 12-inch earth bits and an optional
15-inch extension is also available.

Trencher
The T-4 from Ground Hog
is a chain-type trencher designed for jobs requiring up to a
12-inch-deep by 3-inch-wide trench. For digging in all soil conditions,
the T-4 offers a choice of carbide-tipped shark teeth or carbide-tipped
bullet teeth. Conversions for depths up to 12 inches by 4 inches wide or
18 inches deep by 3 inches wide are available. Its user-friendly,
compact design fits through narrow gates and doorways and can trench
near walls and fences. The T-4's heavy-gauge-steel construction, durable
powder-coated finish, tapered roller bearings and double-row ball
bearings ensure less maintenance.

Telescopic aerial work
platform
Bil-Jax introduces the 2622T
telescopic aerial work platform. The trailer-mounted boom lift provides
32 feet of working height and 22 feet of outreach. The 2622T features an
automatic, self-leveling hydraulic outrigger system that allows for
set-up in 30 seconds when all four outriggers are deployed
simultaneously. The outriggers provide a leveling capability of 12.5
degrees and feature 10-inch diameter non-marking footpads for use on
rough terrain jobsites or sensitive flooring applications. It is
available with either 24-volt DC battery power or an optional DC and
Honda gas hybrid engine package.

Scissorlift
The new SJ 6832 RT rough-terrain model from SkyJack is designed to offer rugged,
robust and reliable scissorlift performance. Standard features include
an easy-to-use 5-foot rollout extension deck for increased platform
space and improved reach capabilities. The 6832 RT is the only compact
RT that is drivable at full height with the rollout deck fully extended,
resulting in increased productivity, the company says. Two lift
cylinders help provide a rigid and comfortable feel, while also
maintaining a low stowed height for transporting. Components on the 6832
RT are as accessible as they are on bigger rough-terrain models. A full
90-degree swing-out engine tray and tilt-out hydraulic manifold allow
full and easy access when servicing. The new RT is controlled with
SkyJack's universal control box with the operator key conveniently
located on the base of the machine; the key is removable once the
desired setting is selected.

The Cemen Tech line of
mobile concrete dispensers is designed to batch concrete when and where
it's needed. The volumetric batching system enables the user to control
the amount of concrete produced, eliminating waste. The mobile concrete
dispenser can mix slurry, flowable fill, latex, grout, gunite and
shotcrete.

U-Sand is a four-pad floor sander that uses a patented random-orbit
technology that enables it to sand without the risks of damaging a
hardwood floor, the maker says. The U-Sand is designed to take the place
of three machines -- a drum sander, edger and buffer. Applications
include hard-to-reach areas such as closets and hallways.

SourceOne designs the Plugr
PL410 rental turf aerator to be lighter weight and easy to maneuver,
making it user friendly for the rental market. With a folding handle and
built-in lifter bar, this aerator fits into the trunk of a car or the
back of an SUV. The Plugr PL410 has a 22-inch aeration width.
Cam-powered tines punch clean, deep holes into the soil with no add-on
weights or water drums, allowing easy maneuverability on curves and
slopes, according to the manufacturer. Tines disengage with a hand lever
to skip over sprinkler heads and sidewalks.
