John Deere's Worksite Pro 84-inch DB84 and 96-inch DB96 dozer blades are designed to improve the productivity of skid steers and compact track loaders with a 30-degree hydraulic angle, 10-degree hydraulic tilt, standard adjustable skid shoe, reversible cutting edge, and plug for John Deere 12-volt kit.

Hydraulic excavator
The Gradall XL 4300-II hydraulic excavator, in the 45,000-pound class, is designed with a tilting, telescoping boom for versatility, even on low-overhead jobs, in addition to wheeled mobility on and off paved surfaces. Equipped with powerful load-sensing hydraulics, the XL 4300-II is capable of performing excavations and demolition. The tilting, telescoping boom actions maximize the productivity of a range of attachments, enabling the excavator to complete fine grading, sloping, ditching, truck loading and unloading, and trimming trees.

For Contractors
Cut-off saws
Wacker's new BTS-L3 series of portable cut-off saws offer performance and economic efficiency because of a unique piston, innovative air filter and improved cooling. The new cut-off saws feature the "Long Life Lubrication" or "L3" piston. This piston is furnished with a special graphite surface coating to eliminate piston and cylinder overheating even during tough continuous operations. Four models are available and offer the highest power-to-weight ratio in their class as well as provide other outstanding ergonomic features.

Walk-behind trowels
The Ingersoll Rand WT Series of walk-behind trowels is designed to make every project flatter and smoother. The five WT models work in a variety of applications, including driveways, floors, foundations, concrete patch repairs, sidewalks, walkways and slabs. The models are manufactured with a screw pitch control that adjusts the blade angle to produce a flatter end product. A quick-release safety lever stops the trowel instantly, giving the operator total control.

Concrete blanket
The Power Blanket is designed to make curing concrete and thawing frozen ground more affordable, fast and easy. The 10x10-foot model was designed with the cement mason in mind to cover sand piles, mortor mix, water barrels and mixers so that all the materials are warm when they go into the mixer. Two 10x10 blankets can be plugged together on one 20-amp plug. The average temperature of the 10x10 model is 60 to 120 degrees.

Cold-weather pump package
Thompson Pump introduces the Arctic Knight, a reliable cold-weather package that allows a diesel-driven pump to be used in climates as cold as minus 40 degrees. The system is designed to eliminate the problems of operating pumps in cold climates, such as frozen liquids in the pump, cracked pump housings and engine-starting problems. It also eliminates the need for accessory items such as block heaters, fuel heaters and glow plugs. Another key feature of the system is the automatic start and stop function, which allows the pump to be turned on and off automatically based on the liquid level. This allows for unmanned operation, which is especially important in frigid temperatures.

For Homeowners/Light Contractors
Power trowel
To function properly, power trowels must maintain a precise perpendicular relationship between the gearbox's output shaft and blade arms. Once that relationship is compromised, the trowel will vibrate and/or wobble. MBW designed its walk-behind power trowels with the industry's heaviest bearings, output shafts, gears, spiders and blade arms to maintain this critical relationship. MBW offers 24-, 36- and 46-inch trowels.
