Excavator-tool
carrier
The XT 1600 excavator-tool carrier from Ditch Witch is designed to perform
the work of three machines: a backhoe loader, mini-excavator and compact
track loader. Equipped with a 59-hp diesel engine, the XT1600 is a
ride-on unit that features a 260-degree excavator sweep that enables the

Heating and Ventilation Equipment
Indirect
fired heater
Wacker
Neuson’s Cub 300-HD is the company’s newest indirect fired
heater. This heavy-duty version of the Cub 300 features a larger fuel
tank for 26 hours of run time at full load and up to 50 hours of run
time when using optional remote thermostat. It also includes a beefier
undercarriage and a removable center lifting bracket. The fuel efficient
Cub 300-HD offers lower operating costs by producing more heat from fuel
consumed. Boasting 81-percent net heater efficiency, the Cub 300-HD
offers a maximum heat input of 302,000 Btu per hour. The fan produces a
strong 0.8” wc static pressure and an airflow rate of 2,600 cubic feet
per minute. With the ability to efficiently burn fuel and push the
heated air through flexible ducts and into the work spaces, contractors
can realize a more evenly heated project.

Lawn & Garden Equipment
Brush
cutter
Turf Teq introduces the Model
1305BC brush cutter. This unit features a 13HP Honda Engine and is self
propelled with a fully hydrostatic forward/reverse transmission. The
machine also features an innovative industry leading variable angle
cutting head allowing the operator to cut under fences, trees and other
difficult to mow areas. On hill sides the pivoting feature adds
stability to the machine by increasing the machines overall ground
contact pattern. The deck pivots incrementally to the left up to one
foot beyond the handle bars. The deck also has an adjustable cutting
height. The hydrostatic drive provides maximum productivity while
operating in a variety of conditions. The operating speed is infinitely
variable with the forward/reverse control lever at the operator’s
right hand. There is no need to stop and change gears to increase or
decrease speed or to change direction. All controls are located at the
operator handlebars. The model 1305BC also features a multi use tractor
with quick attach that can be converted to operate a power edger, power
broom or power rake.

Drum-style
chipper
The Apache 2518 drum-style chipper from JP Carlton features a 25-inch by
18-inch opening combined with a 37-inch-diameter pocketed drum that
allows it to easily consume the largest trees. Aggressive feeding is
handled by a dual-pump hydraulic system controlled by a digital
reversing autofeed system. The Apache series also incorporates Air
Vortex Control to channel and accelerate discharge air, giving it high
discharge velocities and chip-throwing power.

Edger
The Little Wonder Pro
Edger is designed to make edging jobs more time and cost efficient,
cutting up to 90 feet per minute. Dual belts provide extra power to the
blade, and fingertip controls and a ratchet-arm height adjustment system
provide fatigue-free operation and control. The unit is available with a
3.5-hp Briggs & Stratton engine, or a 4-hp Honda engine.

Concrete Masonry and Saws
Up-cut
saw
Diteq Corp. introduces the G-Teq
Early Entry Green Saw, which is an up-cut saw that features the patented
FlatTrac wheel system to prevent spalling. The FlatTrac contact roller
wheels press down on both sides of the blade, eliminating the need for
skid plates. The G-Teq is available with a 4.5-hp Subaru gas engine or a
1.5-hp electric motor. The unit is lightweight and portable allowing for
one operator to load and unload the saw. It is manually pushed and all
controls are conveniently located and manually operated.

Water
tanks
Ledwell water tanks are
available on multiple chassis and can be ordered in 2,000-, 4000-gallon
or any custom capacity. With solid welded seams inside and out and
curved heads, Ledwell water tanks are built to withstand the rigorous
conditions of any jobsite. Features include front and rear spray bars,
side spray nozzle, multiple hose connections, three filling options and
a rear mounted hose reel. The water trucks use Polibrid 705 to line the
tanks. Polibrid 705 is designed to add years to a water tank’s life.
It is a tough flexible, abrasion resistant film with features such as
low permeability rate, low surface friction that improves fluid flow,
water and wastewater resistance, and it is approved for contact with
drinking water because it is a tasteless and odorless organic membrane.
Polibrid 705 provides corrosion protection for concrete or steel in
potable water service. It protects against microbiologically induced
corrosion.
