The new Caterpillar M325D
MH and M325D LMH wheel material handlers are designed to meet the
production requirements of the scrap, demolition and bulk materials
handling industries. The hydraulic system provides automatic priority
function for boom-up and swing operations, eliminating the need for a
work mode button. When the boom or swing is activated, the system
automatically assigns priority based on operator demand.

High-reach equipment
The new HA 130 JRT from Haulotte is designed for every type
of work at heights up to 134 feet. Features include continuous outreach
and full proportional controls, a new platform load controller, 4-tilt
alarm available in all positions, and hydraulic platform compensation.
The HA 130 JRT also offers 4-wheel drive and 4-wheel steering with
swinging, extendable axles.

Scissorlift
The Genie GS-3232
scissorlift lifts up to 500 pounds to 38 feet. Just 7-feet, 11-inches
long and 2-feet, 8-inches wide stowed, the GS-3232 fits through standard
doorways. It is designed to use in buildings with tall ceilings, sloped
floors and single door access such as churches, movie theaters and paper
mills. With dual front-wheel drive and zero inside-turn radius, the
GS-3232 easily maneuvers around restrictive work environments. A 3-foot
extension deck allows workers and tools to utilize the maximum amount of
platform workspace. The GS-3232 has a travel speed of 2.2 mph and is
able to handle a 25-percent grade to get where it is needed most. The
GS-3232 comes standard with Genie’s automatic leveling hydraulic
outrigger system, leveling on slopes of up to 5 degrees side-to-side and
3 degrees front-to-back.

charts and customize each view with metrics and color-coding. Tabs allow
users to toggle between various views and drill down for root-cause
analysis. Systematic Dashboard lets users configure pop-up and e-mail
alerts that provide instant feedback about business. Operators are
notified when issues develop, allowing time for immediate action. The
burden of interpreting static reports is significantly reduced; the time

designed to be equipment and rental software applications. TrakQuip and
RTMS offer a stable foundation that can be completely tailored to fit a
rental business. Built using standard Microsoft tools, the software
applications feature contract tracking, inventory management, purchasing
and batch invoicing. In addition, hand-held and remote technology
integration is available, as well as GPS support to track equipment
integration. Reporting Dashboard is designed to simplify report writing
for users and give them access to data in any desired format. It is
written using Microsoft’s .NET Framework and offers the latest
technology available. Menu options are simple to understand and security
permissions are easy to administer. Another component of the technology
is the View Catalog. Views of all the data tables are documented using

chisels
Used in demolition hammers and stand-up breakers, the 1 1/8-inch Hilti hex connection polygon chisels
feature a unique polygon design. This design creates durable chisels
that stay sharper and can help customers improve their performance,
productivity, cost savings and comfort. The self-sharpening chisels make
resharpening and rehardening unnecessary, resulting in high performance
levels throughout their life. The chisels increase the working length of
flat and wide-flat chisels by 100 percent and the moil point can wear up
to four inches in length while maintaining a point suitable for breaking
concrete. Over the chisel’s life, a customers’ chiseling efficiency
and removal rate increases by up to 30 percent compared with a standard
chisel, meaning a tool will be used up to 30-percent less while
accomplishing the same work. The chisel’s design helps prevent jamming
in base materials, which helps reduce jobsite interruptions and the risk
of tool damage.
