For decades, AV designers and technicians have struggled to design systems and facilities that even the most tech-phobic corporate executive would be able -- and willing -- to use. Often, that meant contending with high-level attitudes ranging from "I'm too busy to learn" to "Technology is not my job." This picture may be changing now. For one thing, it's increasingly hard to hold down any job, even CEO, without at least some basic techno-competence.
