microphone -- at a price everyone can afford. Plug the Phantom into your
handheld, gooseneck or podium mic and listen as traditional problems

Soundcraft Provides First-rate
Sound Reinforcement for First Cathedral of Bloomfield
Since originally opening its doors to a few hundred
parishioners as the First Baptist Church back in April 1968, First
Cathedral in Bloomfield, Conn., has steadily increased its
membership to more than 11,000. To accommodate the growth, seven years
ago the church constructed a new worship center housing a 3,000-seat
sanctuary. However, the sound reinforcement system was never felt to be
an ideal complement for the room. Consequently, First Cathedral Media
Director LeRoy Bailey III turned last year to Omega
Consultants of Olympia, Wash., to provide the design and
installation of a new audio system, which ultimately featured a Soundcraft Vi6
digital live sound console at front-of-house paired with an analog
48-channel Soundcraft MH3 running monitors. more>>

Woodlands Church is a left/center/right cluster design using Peavey's MediaMatrix as
the heart of the system for all processing and distribution. The system
includes MQ series loudspeakers from EAW and a Bag End D18 subwoofer. Moore creates stereo in-ear
monitor mixes for the singers and also sends mixes and direct-outs to an
Aviom system for the
band.
The church also uses two Barco Elm R12 rear-projection systems for image
magnification of video rolls and lyrics, and feeds from up to six Sony DXC-D35
DVCAM cameras...." Read more on this installation>>
