The MINITRANS is a new generation of on-line DGA equipment based on the same core technology as the successful TRANSFIX. MINITRANS represents a lower cost alternative for the customer and monitors three key gases; hydrogen, acetylene and carbon monoxide, plus moisture. MINITRANS will not give a full analysis of the transformer, but can be used as an indicator of developing faults. MINITRANS will also give some indication of the type of fault, although full analysis of an oil sample is recommended for accurate fault diagnosis. www.kelman.co.uk
