Airgas Inc. directors are urging shareholders to reject a $7-billion
takeover bid from Air Products & Chemicals Inc. If completed, such a
merger would tie the industrial, medical and retail gas producer with
one of its largest distributors, into North America's largest

Welding Design Technical Training — for engineers and individuals

applications. Also, a schedule is set for Lincoln Electric Welding
Educator’s Workshop, which focuses on welding safety and the four
basic welding processes — SMAW, GMAW, GTAW and FCAW.
